The Sunrise Odaimoku is an artistic impression of the devotion presented by a Nipponzon Nun - Yuko Anjisan. Her calligraphy of the Odaimoku was superimposed on the first glimmer of sun showing in California during our celebration of St. Nichiren's 750 anniversary of the Proclamation of the Dharma Myohorengekyo for the mappo era. This event was held by the Los Angeles Nichiren Buddhist Temple on Mt. Wilson.
